This statement describes the information practices of the current TWA website preview. TWA’s legal entity, official privacy contact and final operating practices must be confirmed before public launch.
When a visitor requests a page, the website’s server or hosting provider may process limited technical information needed to deliver and protect the site. This may include an IP address, request date and time, browser or device information, referring page and the pages requested. Server logs may be retained for security, reliability and troubleshooting according to the hosting provider’s practices.
This preview does not set advertising or analytics cookies, use tracking pixels, connect to a third-party analytics service or create visitor accounts. It does not attempt to identify individual visitors or follow them across other websites. If TWA adds optional analytics or non-essential cookies later, this statement will identify the provider, information collected, purpose, retention and available choices before the tools are enabled.
The current contact form does not send entries to TWA or store them in a database. Entries remain in the browser until the page is closed or reloaded. The copy button places the inquiry on the visitor’s device clipboard only when requested. A future working form will require an updated notice explaining what is collected, why it is used, who receives it and how long it is kept.
Optional narration uses the visitor’s browser speech service. Depending on the browser and selected voice, that provider may process the narration text. The narration contains company introduction text and does not include contact-form entries.
This preview does not sell personal information or share visitor information for targeted advertising. Technical service providers may process limited data solely to host, secure or deliver the website under their own service terms.
Visitors can control cookies through their browser. If optional tracking is introduced, TWA will provide any notice and consent controls required by applicable law. The official privacy contact and procedures for access, correction or deletion requests will be added before launch.
TWA should confirm the data controller, privacy contact, hosting and analytics providers, lawful bases, recipients, retention periods, international transfers, security practices and applicable individual rights with qualified privacy counsel. The published statement must match the technology actually operating on the site.
